Briswim Dry Acid Granules
Briswim Dry Acid Granules are used to reduce the pH of pool and spa water. If the pH rises to above pH 7.8 dissolve the required dose of Dry Acid into a plastic container of water. Use Dry Acid to maintain a pH reading between pH 7.2 - pH 7.8, ideally pH 7.4 - pH 7.6. A dose rate of 1Kg/100m3 (22,000 gallons) pool water is a guide. The quantity of Dry Acid may vary according to the Total Alkalinity and Calcium Hardness factors of the pool/spa water. Additions of Dry Acid should continue daily until the pH satisfactory. At least 12 hours and preferably 24 hours, should be allowed between doses and further test kit readings, to allow thorough mixing of the adjustment materials. Available in 7kg.
