At Ernest Doe Online Country Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your country fashion purchase. If your items are not quite right, you can return them to us within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Complete the Returns Form

  Locate the returns form included in your original parcel and fill in the details regarding the items you wish to return and your reason for doing so.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure your clothing or footwear is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached, and place it securely back into the original shipping packaging.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Attach the provided pre-paid return label to the outside of your package, making sure to cover or remove any previous delivery address information.

• 4.
  Drop Off Your Parcel

  Take your package to any authorized courier drop-off point or local post office and keep your proof of postage receipt until your refund has been processed.
